     Lettice Blakeney was the daughter of Colonel Robert Blakeney and Sarah Ormsby.¹ She married H. Hardy.¹
     Her married name became Hardy.¹

     H. Hardy married Lettice Blakeney, daughter of Colonel Robert Blakeney and Sarah Ormsby.¹

     Samuel Longe was born on 5 January 1667 at Jamaica^G.¹ He was the son of Samuel Longe and Elizabeth Streete.¹ He died on 2 September 1677 at age 10 at Jamaica^G.¹

     Henry Persse was born in 1657.² He was the son of Very Rev. Dudley Persse and Sarah Crofton.³ He married Mary Stratford, daughter of Robert Stratford and Mary Walsh, on 27 June 1688.³ He died on 12 February 1733.³

     Captain Theophilus Blakeney was the son of Colonel John Blakeney and Grace Persse.¹ He married Margaret Stafford, daughter of John Stafford, in December 1782.² He died on 22 September 1813.²

     Colonel William Blakeney was born in 1735.¹ He was the son of Colonel John Blakeney and Grace Persse.¹ He married Sarah Shields, daughter of Samuel Shields, on 6 September 1770, they also had three daughters.¹ He died on 2 November 1804.¹
     He fought in the German War.¹ He fought in the Battle of Minden, during which he was wounded.¹ He fought in the Battle of Rhynberg, during which he was wounded.¹ He fought in the American War of Independence.¹ He gained the rank of Major in 1775 in the Royal Welch Fusiliers.¹ He fought in the Battle of Bunker Hill, where he was severely wounded.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the Army.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Athenry between 1781 and 1783.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Athenry between 1790 and 1799.¹

     Sarah Shields was the daughter of Samuel Shields.¹ She married Colonel William Blakeney, son of Colonel John Blakeney and Grace Persse, on 6 September 1770, they also had three daughters.¹ She died on 31 May 1799.¹
     From 6 September 1770, her married name became Blakeney.¹
