     Hon. Matilda Isabella Massy was born on 16 August 1867.¹ She was the daughter of John Thomas William Massy, 6th Baron Massy of Duntrileague and Lady Lucy Maria Butler.² She married Spencer Charles Patrick Vansittart, son of Spencer Vansittart and Emily Theresa Warde, on 13 November 1889.¹
     From 13 November 1889, her married name became Vansittart.

     Spencer Charles Patrick Vansittart was born on 9 March 1860.¹ He was the son of Spencer Vansittart and Emily Theresa Warde.¹ He married Hon. Matilda Isabella Massy, daughter of John Thomas William Massy, 6th Baron Massy of Duntrileague and Lady Lucy Maria Butler, on 13 November 1889.² He died on 9 August 1928 at age 68.²
     He was educated at Bradfield College, Bradfield, Reading, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Coolbawn, Castleconnell, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹

     From 25 April 1848, her married name became Borrowman.¹

     Margaret Grierson was born on 25 October 1826 at Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland^G.¹ She was the daughter of Philip Grierson and Margaret Smith.¹ She married John Hamilton, son of Colonel James Hamilton and Marion Eliz Anderson, on 20 August 1848 at Keir, Dumfries-shire, Scotland^G.¹ She died on 4 April 1872 at age 45 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ She was buried at Dean Cemetery, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹
     From 20 August 1848, her married name became Hamilton.²
