     Lt.-Cdr. Lionel Peter Twiss was born on 23 July 1921.² He was the son of Colonel Dudley Cyril Twiss and Laura Georgina Chapman.² He married, fifthly, Jane de Lucey.³ He married, secondly, Vera Maguire.³ He married Cherry Felicity Huggins, daughter of Sir John Huggins and Molly Green, before 1976.¹ He married Heather Linda Goldingham, daughter of S/Ldr.
