     Reverend John Nathaniel Micklethwait was born on 17 March 1812.1 He was the son of Nathaniel Micklethwait and Lady Charlotte Marianne Harriet Rous.1 He was baptised on 22 March 1812 at St. Mary’s, Sprowston, Norfolk, England.1 He married Emily Elizabeth Mills, daughter of Sir Charles Mills, 1st Bt. and Emily Cox, on 29 May 1849.2 He died on 21 July 1877 at age 65, without issue.2
     He lived at Taverham Hall, Norfolk, England.2
