     Teige O’Brien is the son of Conor O’Brien, 2nd Earl of Thomond and Una O’Brien.2 He married, firstly, Margaret Talbot, daughter of Robert Talbot.3 He married, secondly, Slany O’Brien, daughter of Teig O’Brien, before 13 August 1599.3 He married, thirdly, Joan O’Shaughnessy, daughter of Sir Dermot O’Shaughnessy, after 1625.1 He died after 1641.3
     In 1599 he proclaimed himself The O’Brien and Chief of Thomond during the O’Neill Rising, which he joined.3 In 1601 he was pardoned.3 He lived at Dromore, County Down, Ireland.3 He lived at Bohneill, Ireland.3
