     From 24 September 1983, her married name became Haughton.¹

     Mary Arnoldi was born on 10 August 1905.¹ She is the daughter of Thomas Fulford Gibson Arnoldi and Annie Doris Howarth Gilmore.¹ She married Major John de Perigault Gurney Mayhew, son of Lt.-Col. Sir John Dixon Mayhew and Louise Katherine Guendolen Gurney, on 23 December 1936.² She and Major John de Perigault Gurney Mayhew were divorced in 1946.²
     From 23 December 1936, her married name became Mayhew.¹

     William Henry Miles Berthon was born at sea on board the steamer Governor Higginson, between Bombay and Kurrachee on 19 March 1864.¹ He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Thomas Porter Berthon and Amelia Caroline Hurd Miles.¹ He married Edith Augusta Hugill in 1901 at Bromley, Kent, England.¹

     Percy Romilly Walsham was born on 2 March 1871.² He was the son of Sir John Walsham, 2nd Bt. and Florence Campbell Scarlett.³ He married Charlotte Cunninghame Myers, daughter of William Wykeham Myers and Alice Mary Jones, on 21 October 1899.² He died on 22 April 1933 at age 62.²
     He was with the Chinese Customs Service.¹

     Maria Elizabeth Brickenden was baptised on 2 January 1802 at Chelsea, London, England.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Richard Brickenden and Lady Elizabeth Jane Lambart.¹ She married Thomas Henry Algernon Stephen on 29 January 1822 at Westminster, London, England.¹ She died in 1863.¹

     John Alexander Simon Cary Mayhew was born on 16 November 1931.¹ He is the son of Major John de Perigault Gurney Mayhew and Hon. Rosemary Sylvia Cary.¹ He married Hon. Margaret Louise Brock, daughter of Russell Claude Brock, Baron Brock and Germaine Louise Ladevèze, on 14 September 1962.^2,3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹

     Victoria Katherine Wright was born in 1979.¹ She is the daughter of Nigel Camplyon Wright and Nicola Jane Pitman.¹

     Elizabeth Clements is the daughter of Colonel Frederick William de Peyster Clements and Alicia Frances Brickenden.¹ She married Godfrey Phipps Baker, son of George William Baker.¹
     Her married name became Baker.¹

     Sybil Alice Walsham was born in 1875.¹ She was the daughter of Sir John Walsham, 2nd Bt. and Florence Campbell Scarlett.¹ She died in 1876.¹

     Peter Lawrence Scarlett was born on 1 January 1846 at Florence, Italy^G.^1,2 He was the son of Hon. Peter Campbell Scarlett and Frances Sophia Mostyn Lomax.¹ He died on 16 October 1847 at age 1.^1,2 He was buried at Protestant Cemetery, Florence, Italy^G.²
