Hector John Graham-Toler, 2nd Earl of Norbury1 
He was given the name of Hector John Toler at birth.1 On 26 November 1825 his name was legally changed to Hector John Graham-Toler by Royal Licence.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Glandine, of Glandine, King’s County [I., 1827] on 27 July 1831.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Norbury [I., 1827] on 27 July 1831.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Queen’s County.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Norwood of Knockalton, co. Tipperary [I., 1797] on 30 June 1832.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Norbury of Ballycrenode, co. Tipperary [I., 1800] on 30 June 1832.1
