     Mary Ann Powell was born on 31 May 1928.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. John Augustus Lawrence Powell and Alfreda Constance Margaret Bibby.¹

     Anna Maria Emily Fleetwood Hesketh was the daughter of Reverend Charles Hesketh.¹ She married John Bibby, son of John Bibby and Mary Mellard, on 19 April 1860.¹ She died on 8 April 1899.¹
     From 19 April 1860, her married name became Bibby.¹

     Reverend Charles Hesketh lived at North Meols Hall, Lancashire, England^G.¹

     Edward Fleetwood Hesketh is the son of Reverend Charles Hesketh.¹

     Edith Bibby was born on 16 January 1861.¹ She was the daughter of John Bibby and Anna Maria Emily Fleetwood Hesketh.¹ She married Percy Richard Neville Palin on 18 September 1890.¹ She died on 7 October 1948 at age 87.¹
     From 18 September 1890, her married name became Palin.¹

     Percy Richard Neville Palin married Edith Bibby, daughter of John Bibby and Anna Maria Emily Fleetwood Hesketh, on 18 September 1890.¹ He died on 8 April 1933.¹

     Maud Bibby was born on 26 March 1864.¹ She was the daughter of John Bibby and Anna Maria Emily Fleetwood Hesketh.¹ She died on 7 October 1868 at age 4.¹

     Ethel Bibby was born on 23 April 1866.¹ She was the daughter of John Bibby and Anna Maria Emily Fleetwood Hesketh.¹ She died on 12 October 1868 at age 2.¹

     Anne Dorothea Brocklebank was born on 29 July 1877.² She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Brocklebank, 2nd Bt. and Agnes Lydia Allport.^1,2 She married Major Charles Hesketh Fleetwood-Hesketh, son of John Bibby and Anna Maria Emily Fleetwood Hesketh, on 4 January 1900.² She and Major Charles Hesketh Fleetwood-Hesketh were divorced in 1934.¹ She died on 17 September 1940 at age 63, drowned when the SS City of Benares was torpedoed in mid-Atlantic.³
     From 4 January 1900, her married name became Bibby-Hesketh.¹ From 29 June 1907, her married name became Fleetwood-Hesketh.¹

     Sir Thomas Brocklebank, 2nd Bt. was born on 1 March 1848.² He was the son of Sir Thomas Brocklebank, 1st Bt. and Anne Robinson.² He married Agnes Lydia Allport, daughter of Sir James Joseph Allport, on 9 July 1872. He died on 12 January 1911 at age 62.²
     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Cumberland.² He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Brocklebank, of Greenlands and Irton Hall, Cumberland [U.K., 1885] on 8 June 1906.² He held the office of High Sheriff of the County Palatinate of Lancaster in 1908.²
