Roscommon [I., 1692] on 1 December 1747.1 He held the office of Ranger of Utrecht.1 He held the office of Chief Magistrate of Utrecht in 1790.1 He was created Count van Reede [Holy Roman Empire] on 25 September 1790.1 In 1795 he accompanied the Stadtholder to England, and took his seat in the House of Lords.1 On 1 August 1800 he obtained an annuity from the House of Lords as a Poor Peer.1
