     From 14 June 1921, her married name became Leney.¹

     Henry Hamilton Laurence was born in 1864 at Winslow, Buckinghamshire, England.¹ He was the son of Reverend Percival Laurence and Isabella Sarah Moorsom. He married Mary Butler, daughter of Francis George Butler, on 31 July 1895 at Eaton Soton, Bedfordshire, England^G. He died circa 1923.

     Mary Butler was the daughter of Francis George Butler. She married Henry Hamilton Laurence, son of Reverend Percival Laurence and Isabella Sarah Moorsom, on 31 July 1895 at Eaton Soton, Bedfordshire, England^G. She died on 13 March 1953.
     Her married name became Lawrence.

     Reverend Percival Laurence was born on 29 December 1829. He was the son of Joseph Laurence and Penelope Jackson. He was baptised on 5 February 1830 at St. ALfrege Church, Greenwich, Kent, England.¹ He married Isabella Sarah Moorsom, daughter of Captain William Scarth Moorsom, on 13 April 1853 at Rochester, Kent, England^G. He died on 17 November 1913 at age 83 at Walesby, Lincolnshire, England^G.

     Isabella Sarah Moorsom is the daughter of Captain William Scarth Moorsom. She married Reverend Percival Laurence, son of Joseph Laurence and Penelope Jackson, on 13 April 1853 at Rochester, Kent, England^G.
     Her married name became Laurence.

     Captain William Scarth Moorsom was born in 1804 at Upper Stakesby, Whitby, Yorkshire, England.¹ He was the son of Admiral Sir Robert Moorsom and Eleanor Scarth.¹ He died on 3 June 1863 at Great George Street, Westminster, London, England.¹
     He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.¹ He wrote the book Letters From Nova Scotia, published 1830.¹ He was a civil engineer.¹ He was registered as a Member, Institution of Civil Engineers (M.I.C.E.) on 20 February 1849.¹ He wrote the book On Reorganising the Administration of India, published 1858.¹ He wrote the book Historical Records, 52nd Oxfordshire Light Infantry, published 1860.¹

     Admiral Sir Robert Moorsom married Eleanor Scarth, daughter of Thomas Scarth.¹ He died on 14 May 1835.¹
     He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)² He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral in the Royal Navy. He fought in the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805.¹

     Joseph Laurence was born on 27 May 1791 at London, England^G. He was the son of Zaccaria Levey and Simcha Anna Montifiore. He married Penelope Jackson, daughter of John Jackson, on 28 October 1813. He died on 17 November 1878 at age 87 at Beddington, Surrey, England^G.
     He was given the name of Joseph Levey at birth. His name was legally changed to Joseph Laurence.

     Penelope Jackson was the daughter of John Jackson. She married Joseph Laurence, son of Zaccaria Levey and Simcha Anna Montifiore, on 28 October 1813. She died on 6 December 1841.
     Her married name became Laurence.
