     James Montgomery Beck is the son of Hon. James Montgomery Beck.¹ He married Hon. Clarissa Madeline Georgiana Felicite Tennant, daughter of Edward Priaulx Tennant, 1st Baron Glenconner and Pamela Adelaide Genevieve Wyndham, on 24 July 1928.¹ He and Hon. Clarissa Madeline Georgiana Felicite Tennant were divorced in 1939.¹

     Carroll Elting is the daughter of Howard Elting.² She married, firstly, Joseph William Donner.³ She married, secondly, Major Lionel Hallam Tennyson, 3rd Baron Tennyson of Aldworth, son of Hallam Tennyson, 2nd Baron Tennyson of Aldworth and Audrey Georgiana Florence Boyle, on 14 April 1934.² She and Major Lionel Hallam Tennyson, 3rd Baron Tennyson of Aldworth were divorced in 1943.²
     Her married name became Donner.³ From 14 April 1934, her married name became Tennyson. After her marriage, Carroll Elting was styled as Baroness Tennyson of Aldworth on 14 April 1934.

     Walter Ralph Melford is the son of Georg Mecklenburg.¹ He married Margaret Jean Ward, daughter of Lancelot Bangor Ward and Agnes Frances Jean Marsh-Dunn, on 30 July 1945.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the U.S. Navy.¹

     Harold Christopher Tennyson, 4th Baron Tennyson of Aldworth was born on 25 March 1919.² He was the son of Major Lionel Hallam Tennyson, 3rd Baron Tennyson of Aldworth and Hon. Clarissa Madeline Georgiana Felicite Tennant.¹ He died in 1991.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.² He was with the War Office between 1939 and 1946.² He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1940 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He succeeded as the 4th Baron Tennyson of Aldworth, co. Sussex and of Freshwater in the Isle of Wight [U.K., 1884] on 6 June 1951.¹ He was co-founder with Sir Charles Tennyson of Tennyson Research Centre, Lincoln.¹

     Mark Aubrey Tennyson, 5th Baron Tennyson of Aldworth was born on 28 March 1920.¹ He was the son of Major Lionel Hallam Tennyson, 3rd Baron Tennyson of Aldworth and Hon. Clarissa Madeline Georgiana Felicite Tennant.³ He married Deline Celeste Budler, daughter of Arthur Harold Budler, in 1964.¹ He died on 5 July 2006 at age 86 at South Africa^G.
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Darmouth, Devon, England.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in dispatches.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.) in 1943.¹ He was Captain of the Royal Navy Cresta Run team between 1951 and 1954.¹ He retired from the military in 1960, with the rank of Commander, late of the Royal Navy.³ He was production manager with Rowntree-Mackintosh (South Africa) between 1960 and 1967.¹ He was export sales director for Joseph Terry and Sons (UK) between 1968 and 1982.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baron Tennyson of Aldworth, co. Sussex and of Freshwater in the Isle of Wight [U.K., 1884] in 1991.³ He lived in 2003 at 304 Grosvenor Square, Duke Road, Rondebosch, Cape Town, Cape Province, South Africa.¹

     Deline Celeste Budler was the daughter of Arthur Harold Budler.² She married Mark Aubrey Tennyson, 5th Baron Tennyson of Aldworth, son of Major Lionel Hallam Tennyson, 3rd Baron Tennyson of Aldworth and Hon. Clarissa Madeline Georgiana Felicite Tennant, in 1964.³ She died on 7 March 1995.
     From 1964, her married name became Tennyson. After her marriage, Deline Celeste Budler was styled as Baroness Tennyson of Aldworth in 1991.

     Lionel Tennyson was born on 1 August 1925. He was the son of Major Lionel Hallam Tennyson, 3rd Baron Tennyson of Aldworth and Hon. Clarissa Madeline Georgiana Felicite Tennant.¹ He died on 15 August 1925.

     Hon. James Montgomery Beck held the office of Assistant Attorney General [U.S.].² He held the office of Solicitor General [U.S.].² He lived at Washington, D.C., U.S.A.^G.¹ He held the office of U.S. Congressman, for Pennsylvania.²

     Sir Gerald Alfred Thesiger was born on 25 December 1902.¹ He was the son of Maj.-Gen. George Handcock Thesiger and Frances Fremantle.² He married Marjorie Ellen Guille, daughter of Raymond Guille, on 28 July 1932.¹ He died in 1981.¹
