     Antony Henry Head, 1st Viscount Head was born on 19 December 1906.² He was the son of Geoffrey Head and Ethel Daisy Flower.² He married Lady Dorothea Louise Ashley-Cooper, daughter of Anthony Ashley-Cooper, 9th Earl of Shaftesbury and Lady Constance Sibell Grosvenor, on 23 July 1935.² He died on 29 March 1983 at age 76.²
