     Thomas Barlow was born in 1788.¹ He was the son of Samuel Francis Barlow and Mary Thornton.¹

     Elizabeth Diston married John Myster on 23 December 1720 at St. Michael PAternoster Royal, London, England.¹
     From 23 December 1720, her married name became Myster.¹

     Susanna Myster was the daughter of John Myster and Elizabeth Diston.¹ She married John Parkhurst, son of John Parkhurst and Richarda Dormer, on 17 February 1754 at Charterhouse Chapel, London, England.¹ She died in 1759.¹
     From 17 February 1754, her married name became Parkhurst.¹

     John Parkhurst was born in 1728.¹ He was the son of John Parkhurst and Richarda Dormer.¹ He married Susanna Myster, daughter of John Myster and Elizabeth Diston, on 17 February 1754 at Charterhouse Chapel, London, England.¹ He died in 1797.¹

     Sarah Jane Craven was born on 9 February 1847 at Charlton, Kent, England.¹ She married Commander Charles Salmon on 14 October 1864 at Landport, Portsea Island, Hampshire, England.¹ She died on 6 May 1895 at age 48 at Erith, Kent, England.¹
     From 14 October 1864, her married name became Salmon.¹
