     Janet Dunlop is the daughter of Colin Dunlop of Carmyle and Martha Bogle.¹ She married Thomas Donald, 2nd of Geilstoun, son of James Donald, 1st of Geilstoun and Marion Yuille, in 1773.¹
     From 1773, her married name became Donald.¹

     Colin Dunlop of Carmyle was born on 7 January 1706.¹ He was the son of James Dunlop, 3rd of Garnkirk and Lilias Campbell.¹ He married Martha Bogle, daughter of John Bogle of Hamilton Farm and Daldowie and unknown daughter Murdoch, on 18 January 1741.¹ He died on 13 August 1777 at age 71.¹
     He held the office of Provost of Glasgow.¹

     Martha Bogle is the daughter of John Bogle of Hamilton Farm and Daldowie and unknown daughter Murdoch.¹ She married Colin Dunlop of Carmyle, son of James Dunlop, 3rd of Garnkirk and Lilias Campbell, on 18 January 1741.¹
     From 18 January 1741, her married name became Dunlop.¹

     Captain James Donald of Mountblow was born in 1775.¹ He was the son of Thomas Donald, 2nd of Geilstoun and Janet Dunlop.¹ He died on 6 April 1831 at Argaum, India, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the Battle of Argaum on 6 April 1831.¹

     Anne Sinclair is the daughter of Sir John Sinclair of Stevenson, 4th Bt. and Martha Lockhart.¹ She married George Bogle of Daldowie, son of Robert Bogle of Daldowie and Mary Miller, in 1731.¹
     From 1731, her married name became Bogle.¹

     George Bogle of Daldowie was born in 1701.¹ He was the son of Robert Bogle of Daldowie and Mary Miller.¹ He married Anne Sinclair, daughter of Sir John Sinclair of Stevenson, 4th Bt. and Martha Lockhart, in 1731.¹ He died in 1782.¹
     He was a partner of the Glasgow Tan Work and in the Eastern Sugarhouse.² He was a Virginia merchant.²

     Mary Miller was baptised on 26 December 1672 at Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Scotland.¹ She was the daughter of Matthew Miller of Glenlee and Agnes Guthrie.¹ She married Robert Bogle of Daldowie, son of George Bogle and Jean Park.¹ She died on 24 December 1706 at age 33 at Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland.¹
     Her married name became Bogle.¹

     John Bogle of Hamilton Farm and Daldowie was born circa 1679.¹ He was the son of John Bogle of Hamilton Farm and Martha Miller.¹ He married unknown daughter Murdoch.¹ He died in 1752.¹

     John Bogle of Hamilton Farm is the son of George Bogle and Jean Park.¹ He married Martha Miller.¹

     Martha Miller married John Bogle of Hamilton Farm, son of George Bogle and Jean Park.¹
     Her married name became Bogle.¹
