     Percy Watson Smith was the son of John Jonah Smith and Jane Elizabeth Watson.¹ He died, unmarried.¹

     George Alfred Smith was the son of John Jonah Smith and Jane Elizabeth Watson.¹ He died in 1958.¹
     He had three sons and a daughter.¹

     Frederick John Smith was the son of John Jonah Smith and Jane Elizabeth Watson.¹ He died in 1941, without issue.¹

     Maurice Campbell Hanna is the son of Maurice Hanna.¹ He married Joan Coulton Walker-Smith, daughter of Jonah Smith Walker-Smith and Maud Coulton Hunter, on 10 July 1947.¹

     Maurice Hanna lived at Cape Province, South Africa.¹

     Sir George Preston, 3rd Bt. was born circa 1670. He was the son of Sir William Preston, 2nd Bt. and Anne Lumsden. He married Agnes Muirhead, daughter of Patrick Muirhead of Rashie Hill. He died in 1741.
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Preston, of Valleyfield.

     Agnes Muirhead is the daughter of Patrick Muirhead of Rashie Hill. She married Sir George Preston, 3rd Bt., son of Sir William Preston, 2nd Bt. and Anne Lumsden.
     Her married name became Preston.

     Sir George Preston, 4th Bt. was the son of Sir George Preston, 3rd Bt. and Agnes Muirhead. He married Anne Cochrane, daughter of William Cochrane and Lady Mary Bruce. He died in 1779.
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Preston, of Valleyfield.

     Anne Cochrane was born after 1700. She was the daughter of William Cochrane and Lady Mary Bruce. She married Sir George Preston, 4th Bt., son of Sir George Preston, 3rd Bt. and Agnes Muirhead. She died on 7 November 1779.
     Her married name became Preston.

     Sir Charles Preston 5th Bt. was born circa 1735. He was the son of Sir George Preston, 4th Bt. and Anne Cochrane. He died on 23 March 1800.
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Preston, of Valleyfield. He gained the rank of Major. He fought in the American War of Independence. He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dysart between 1784 and 1790.
