     Sir Edward Turnor was born in 1643. He was the son of Sir Edward Turnor and Sarah Gore.¹ He married Lady Isabella Keith, daughter of William Keith, 6th Earl Marischal and Lady Elizabeth Seton, in May 1667.¹ He died on 3 December 1721.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Orford.¹

     Sir Edward Turnor was born in 1617. He was the son of Arthur Turnour and Anne Jermy.² He married, firstly, Sarah Gore, daughter of Gerard Gore.² He married, secondly, Mary Ewer, daughter of Henry Ewer, before 1656.² He died in 1676.
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Essex in 1658. He held the office of Atotrney-General, to the Duke of York.² He was appointed Knight on 7 July 1660. He held the office of Speaker, House of Commons between 1661 and 1671.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hertford between 1661 and 1671. He held the office of Solicitor-General.² He held the office of Lord Chief Baron of the Exchequer between 1671 and 1676.² He also had a daughter by his first wife.²

     Sarah Gore was the daughter of Gerard Gore. She married Sir Edward Turnor, son of Arthur Turnour and Anne Jermy.¹ She died in 1651.
     Her married name became Turnor.

     Charles Turnor was the son of Sir Edward Turnor and Lady Isabella Keith.¹ He married Dorothy Fenwick, daughter of William Fenwick.¹ He died on 1 August 1726.¹
     He lived at Little Parndon, Essex, England.¹ He lived at Shillinglee Park, Petworth, Sussex, England.¹ He had two daughters (died without issue.)¹

     Sarah Turnor is the daughter of Sir Edward Turnor and Lady Isabella Keith.¹ She married Francis Gee.¹

     Arthur Turnour was born circa 1588.¹ He was the son of Edward Turnour and Anne Morice.¹ He married Anne Jermy, daughter of John Jermy.¹ He died on 1 July 1651.¹
     He lived at Parndon Parva, Essex, England. He was a practising Serjeant-at-Law.¹

     Anne Jermy is the daughter of John Jermy.¹ She married Arthur Turnour, son of Edward Turnour and Anne Morice.¹
     Her married name became Turnor.
