     Sir James Dalrymple, 4th Bt. was the son of John Dalrymple and Anne Young Pringle.¹ He died in December 1800, unmarried.¹
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Dalrymple, of Hailes, co. Haddington [N.S., 1700] on 29 November 1792.¹

     Colonel Sir John Dalrymple, 5th Bt. was the son of John Dalrymple and Anne Young Pringle.¹ He married Mary Rushworth, daughter of Edward Rushworth, on 28 December 1807.¹ He died on 17 October 1829, without issue.¹
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Dalrymple, of Hailes, co. Haddington [N.S., 1700] in December 1800.¹ On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹

     Mary Rushworth is the daughter of Edward Rushworth.¹ She married Colonel Sir John Dalrymple, 5th Bt., son of John Dalrymple and Anne Young Pringle, on 28 December 1807.¹
     From 28 December 1807, her married name became Dalrymple.¹

     Edward Rushworth lived at Farringford Hill, Isle of Wight, England.¹

     Allan Alexander Maconochie Welwood of Meadowbank and Garvock was the son of Alexander Maconochie Welwood, Lord Meadowbank.¹ He married Hon. Margaret Penny Dalrymple, daughter of North Hamilton Dalrymple, 9th Earl of Stair and Margaret Penny, on 27 April 1859.¹ He died on 29 May 1885.¹
     He graduated with a Doctor of Law (LL.D.)¹

     Alexander Maconochie Welwood, Lord Meadowbank held the office of Lord of Session.¹ He was styled as Lord Meadowbank [Scottish Law Lord].¹

     George North Dalrymple was born on 14 February 1856.¹ He was the son of Hon. George Grey Dalrymple and Hon. Ellinor Alice Napier.¹ He married Margaret Jane Vannett, daughter of David Vannett, on 2 August 1894.¹ He died in December 1912 at age 56.¹

     unknown Dalrymple was the son of Hon. George Grey Dalrymple and Hon. Ellinor Alice Napier.¹ He died, in infancy.¹

     Margaret Jane Vannett was the daughter of David Vannett.¹ She married George North Dalrymple, son of Hon. George Grey Dalrymple and Hon. Ellinor Alice Napier, on 2 August 1894.¹ She died on 25 October 1934.¹
     From 2 August 1894, her married name became Dalrymple.¹
