     Brian Eric Short was born in 1979.¹ He is the son of David Eric Short and Margaret Jean Douglas.¹

     Violet Catherine Douglas was born on 13 November 1910.¹ She was the daughter of John Campbell Douglas and Violet Douglas Daniell.¹ She married, firstly, John Griffith O’Donoghue, son of Digby O’Donoghue, on 27 March 1935.¹ She married, secondly, Brigadier Francis Wyld Sandars, son of Canon George Russell Sandars, in 1982.¹ She died on 16 September 2006 at age 95 at Ballycastle, County Antrim, Ireland.²
     From 27 March 1935, her married name became O’Donoghue.¹ From 1982, her married name became Sandars.¹ She lived in 2003 at La Guarida, Jesus Pobre, Gata de Gorgos, Alicante, Spain.¹

     John Griffith O’Donoghue was the son of Digby O’Donoghue.¹ He married Violet Catherine Douglas, daughter of John Campbell Douglas and Violet Douglas Daniell, on 27 March 1935.¹ He died in 1976.¹

     Thomas A. Lovett is the son of Neil Lovett.¹ He married Jessica Clare Palmer-Tomkinson, daughter of Jeremy James Palmer-Tomkinson and Clare Jemima Leveson.¹

     Katherine Susan O’Donoghue was born on 22 March 1936.¹ She was the daughter of John Griffith O’Donoghue and Violet Catherine Douglas.¹ She married Alan Louis Kestell Liddle in 1956.¹ She died on 20 January 2018 at age 81.²
     From 1956, her married name became Liddle.¹ She lived in 2003 at Knockanboy House, Dervock, County Antrim, Ireland.¹

     Alan Louis Kestell Liddle was born circa 1934.² He married Katherine Susan O’Donoghue, daughter of John Griffith O’Donoghue and Violet Catherine Douglas, in 1956.¹ He died on 8 February 2018.²
     He was with the Colonial Service at Kenya.¹

     Alan Digby Simon Liddle was born on 19 August 1959.¹ He is the son of Alan Louis Kestell Liddle and Katherine Susan O’Donoghue.¹ He married Caroline Downing, daughter of John Downing, in 1985.¹
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England.¹ He lived in 2003 at Downs House, Chilton, Oxfordshire, England.¹

     Caroline Downing is the daughter of John Downing.¹ She married Alan Digby Simon Liddle, son of Alan Louis Kestell Liddle and Katherine Susan O’Donoghue, in 1985.¹
     From 1985, her married name became Liddle.¹

     Charles Alan O’Donoghue Liddle was born on 28 March 1992.¹ He is the son of Alan Digby Simon Liddle and Caroline Downing.¹
