     Dr. Thomas Leslie Crooke was born on 4 March 1861.¹ He was the son of Reverend Milward Crooke and Emily Hackett.¹ He died on 1 November 1943 at age 82 at Christchurch, New Zealand.¹ He was buried at Linwood Cemetery, Christchurch, New Zealand.¹

     Lionel Jackson Mars is the son of William Mars.¹ He married Olivia Joyce Norris Nicholson, daughter of Sir Charles Norris Nicholson, 1st Bt. and Amy Letitia Crosfield, on 25 May 1932.¹
     He lived at Chelsea, London, England.¹

     Sarah Hazel Budgett is the daughter of Richard Alan Budgett and Jane Ruck-Keene.^1,2 She married James Richard Lothian Nicholson, son of Sir John Norris Nicholson, 2nd Bt. and Vittoria Vivien Trewhella, in 1980.¹
     From 1980, her married name became Nicholson.¹

     Richard Alan Budgett was born in 1913.² He was the son of Hubert Maitland Budgett.² He married Jane Ruck-Keene, daughter of Admiral William George Elmhirst Ruck-Keene and Violet Blanche Hoare.² He died on 11 December 2005.²
     He lived at Kirtlington, Oxfordshire, England.¹ Richard Alan Budgett usually went by his middle name of Alan.²

     Donald Ernest Campbell lived at Belmont, Victoria, Australia.¹

     Sir Richard Manners was the son of George Manners, 11th Lord de Ros of Helmsley and Anne St. Leger.² He married, firstly, Margaret Dymoke, daughter of Sir Robert Dymoke and Anne Cresmore.¹ He died in 1551.¹
     He was appointed Knight in 1539.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Leicestershire in 1542.³ In 1547 he had a grant of lands in Leicestershire, Shropshire, Staffordshire and Worcestershire.² He held the office of Sheriff of Warwickshire and Leicestershire from 1549 to 1550.³

     Commander Charles Skinner Bushe gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He lived at Trinidad.¹

     Anne Cresmore is the daughter of Alexander Cresmore.¹ She married Sir Robert Dymoke, son of Sir Thomas Dymoke and Margaret de Welles.¹
     Her married name became Dymoke.¹
