John Francis Amherst Cecil was born on 30 June 1890.1 He was the son of Colonel Lord William Cecil and Mary Rothes Margaret Tyssen-Amherst, Baroness Amherst of Hackney.1 He married Cornelia Stuyvesant Vanderbilt, daughter of George Washington Vanderbilt II and Edith Stuyvesant Dresser, on 29 April 1924.1 He and Cornelia Stuyvesant Vanderbilt were divorced in 1934.1 He died on 22 October 1954 at age 64.1
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of First Secretary of the Diplomatic Service.1

Cornelia Stuyvesant Vanderbilt was born on 22 August 1900.3 She was the daughter of George Washington Vanderbilt II and Edith Stuyvesant Dresser.1,2 She married John Francis Amherst Cecil, son of Colonel Lord William Cecil and Mary Rothes Margaret Tyssen-Amherst, Baroness Amherst of Hackney, on 29 April 1924.1 She and John Francis Amherst Cecil were divorced in 1934.1 She died on 7 February 1976 at age 75.1

George Washington Vanderbilt II1 
George Washington Vanderbilt II was born on 14 November 1862 at New Dorp, Staten Island, New York, U.S.A.1 He was the son of William Henry Vanderbilt and Maria Louisa Kissam.1 He married Edith Stuyvesant Dresser, daughter of George Warren Dresser and Susan Fish Le Roy, on 1 June 1898 at American Cathedral, Paris, France.2 He died on 6 March 1914 at age 51 at Washington, D.C., U.S.A.1

Captain Sir Cecil Charles Boyd-Rochfort was born on 16 April 1887.3 He was the son of Major Rochfort Hamilton Boyd-Rochfort and Florence Louisa Hemming.1,4 He married Elizabeth Rohays Mary Burnett, daughter of Maj.-Gen. James Lauderdale Gilbert Burnett of Leys, 13th Bt. and Sybil Aird Crozier Smith, on 24 July 1944.1 He died in 1983.1
