Colonel Thomas Cadell, V.C.1 

Colonel Thomas Cadell, V.C. was born on 5 September 1835 at Cockenzie, East Lothian, Scotland.1 He was the son of Hugh Francis Cadell.1 He married Anna Catharine Dalmahay.1 He died on 6 April 1919 at age 83.1
He was awarded the Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1862.1
