     John Henry Southwell Preeston was born in 1859.¹ He was the son of Henry Augustus Preeston and Martha Blanche Southwell.¹ He died in 1925.¹

     Gertrude Agnes Cunliffe-Owen was the daughter of Sir Francis Philip Cunliffe-Owen and Jenny von Reitzenstein.² She married Guilbert Edward Wyndham Malet, son of Reverend William Wyndham Malet and Eliza Drake Esdaile, on 20 August 1880.¹ She died on 13 November 1923.¹
     From 20 August 1880, her married name became Malet.

     Godfrey Charles Wyndham Malet was born on 5 September 1884.¹ He was the son of Guilbert Edward Wyndham Malet and Gertrude Agnes Cunliffe-Owen.² He married, firstly, Marian Clinton Clinton-Baddeley, daughter of F. Clinton-Baddeley, on 22 July 1918.¹ He and Marian Clinton Clinton-Baddeley were divorced in 1934.¹ He married, secondly, Isabelle Fergusson Middleton, daughter of C. W. F. Middleton, in 1940.¹ He died on 12 January 1969 at age 84.¹
     He was educated at Keble College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 6th Battalion, Somerset Light Infantry.¹

     F. Clinton-Baddeley lived at Dibden Lodge, Hythe, HAmpshire, England.¹

     Marian Clinton Clinton-Baddeley is the daughter of F. Clinton-Baddeley.² She married Godfrey Charles Wyndham Malet, son of Guilbert Edward Wyndham Malet and Gertrude Agnes Cunliffe-Owen, on 22 July 1918.¹ She and Godfrey Charles Wyndham Malet were divorced in 1934.¹
     From 22 July 1918, her married name became Malet.

     Susanna Wyndham Malet was born on 27 January 1922.¹ She was the daughter of Godfrey Charles Wyndham Malet and Marian Clinton Clinton-Baddeley.² She married Gerald Stewart Parker, son of Captain Basil Steward Parker, on 10 May 1947.¹ She died on 10 March 1948 at age 26, without issue.¹
     From 10 May 1947, her married name became Parker.

     Captain Basil Steward Parker gained the rank of Captain in the Hampshire Regiment.¹

     Gerald Stewart Parker is the son of Captain Basil Steward Parker.² He married Susanna Wyndham Malet, daughter of Godfrey Charles Wyndham Malet and Marian Clinton Clinton-Baddeley, on 10 May 1947.¹

     Lt.-Col. Alexander Wyndham Malet was born on 28 February 1886.¹ He was the son of Guilbert Edward Wyndham Malet and Gertrude Agnes Cunliffe-Owen.² He married Kathleen Betty Cadell, daughter of Brigadier Alexander Cadell and Kathleen Mary Fanshaw Royle, on 17 May 1921.¹ He died on 20 July 1956 at age 70.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He fought in the Northwest Frontier between 1922 and 1923, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He fought in the Burma Campaign between 1930 and 1932, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.) in 1932.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Indian Army and Royal Air Force Levies.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹

     Brigadier Alexander Cadell was born on 27 January 1867 at Indore, Bengal, India.² He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Alexander Cadell and Matilda Grace Tovey.² He married Kathleen Mary Fanshaw Royle, daughter of Henry Lucius Royle and Anna Mary Hind, on 20 August 1899.²
     He gained the rank of Brigadier in the Indian Army.¹
