He graduated in 1667 with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)2 He was president of the College of Physicians of Ireland in 1674.2 He and James Butler, 2nd Duke of Ormonde were New Tag North Arklow, co. Wicklow in 1697.2 He lived at Shelton, Nottinghamshire, England.1 He lived at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.2 His last will was dated 6 January 1709.2
