     Lucy Charlotte Cameron Gates was born in 1976.¹ She was the daughter of Colonel Richard Gates.¹ She married Major Charles James Stanbury Whitaker, son of Wolstan John Whitaker and June Rosemary Culverhouse, on 31 May 2014 at St. Mary’s Church, Westbury, Shropshire, England.¹ She died on 10 March 2016 at Matto Grosso, Brazil, in a car accident.¹
     From 31 May 2014, her married name became Whitaker.¹

     From July 1997, her married name became Whitaker.¹
