     Ooryala Mary Donisthorpe was born on 14 August 1868.¹ She was the daughter of Alfred Russell Donisthorpe and Sarah Loder.¹ She married Brig.-Gen. Paul Rycaut Stanbury Churchward, son of William Henry Churchward and Louisa Harriette Shordiche, on 4 March 1904 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.¹ She died on 22 February 1932 at age 63.¹
     From 4 March 1904, her married name became Churchward.¹

     Alfred Russell Donisthorpe was born in 1831.¹ He was the son of Frederick Donisthorpe and Elizabeth Skelton.¹ He was baptised on 2 May 1831 at St. Mary’s, Leicester, Leicestershire, England.¹ He married Sarah Loder, daughter of John Loder and Maria Stanton, on 3 December 1861 at St. Mary’s, Woodbridge, Suffolk, England.¹ He died on 27 January 1906 at Quenby Hall, Leicestershire, England.¹
     He retired from the military on 25 June 1861, with the rank of Lieutenant, late of the 1st Company, Leicestershire Volunteer Rifles.¹ He lived at Quenby Hall, Leicestershire, England.¹

     Ida Catherine Morwenna Spencer was born on 25 May 1953.¹ She is the daughter of G/Capt. Desmond Gerard Heath Spencer and Ellen Catherine Adye.¹ She married Peter Robert Shordiche Churchward, son of Paul Rycaut de Shordiche Shordiche-Churchward and Claire Isabel Whitaker, on 22 May 1976.¹
     From 22 May 1976, her married name became Churchward.¹

     G/Capt. Desmond Gerard Heath Spencer was born in 1912.¹ He was the son of Arthur Spencer and Mabel Alice Heath.¹ He married Ellen Catherine Adye, daughter of Major Capel Adye and Ida Powell Symons.¹ He died in 1995.¹
     He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹

     Ellen Catherine Adye was born in 1909.¹ She was the daughter of Major Capel Adye and Ida Powell Symons.¹ She married G/Capt. Desmond Gerard Heath Spencer, son of Arthur Spencer and Mabel Alice Heath.¹ She died in 1987.¹
     Her married name became Spencer.¹

     Major Capel Adye was born in 1854.¹ He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Goodson Adye and Catherine Warwick.¹ He married Ida Powell Symons, daughter of Bromley Leonard Nelthropp Symons and Julia Caroline Blake, in 1908.¹ He died in 1940.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the 14th Regiment of Foot.¹

     Matthew Capel Shordiche Churchward was born on 9 September 1977.¹ He is the son of Peter Robert Shordiche Churchward and Ida Catherine Morwenna Spencer.¹ He married Hon. Susan Mary Cawley, daughter of John Francis Cawley, 4th Baron Cawley and Regina Sarabia, on 28 July 2012 at St. Peter and St. Paul’s Church, Eye, Herefordshire, England.¹

     Victoria Charlotte Sophia Claire Churchward was born on 11 April 1981.¹ She is the daughter of Peter Robert Shordiche Churchward and Ida Catherine Morwenna Spencer.¹ She married Daniel Geoghegan on 11 March 2017 at Herefordshire, England.¹
     From 11 March 2017, her married name became Geoghegan.¹

     Thomasina Catherine Isabella Churchward was born on 19 July 1984.¹ She is the daughter of Peter Robert Shordiche Churchward and Ida Catherine Morwenna Spencer.¹

     Alicia Emma Elizabeth Churchward was born on 12 June 1993.¹ She is the daughter of Peter Robert Shordiche Churchward and Ida Catherine Morwenna Spencer.¹ She married George Philip James White, son of Sir George Stanley James White, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Jane Verdon-Smith, on 21 July 2018 at St. Mary’s, Hawkesbury, Gloucestershire, England.¹
     From 21 July 2018, her married name became White.¹
