     Her married name became MacLeod.¹

     Archibald Macdonald of Knock was born before 1534.¹ He was the son of Donald ‘Gruamach’ Macdonald, 4th of Sleat and Margaret Macleod of Harris.¹

     Jane Ann Turner was born in 1847.¹ She married Francis Munro Newbery, son of Edward Newbery, on 30 July 1867 at Murree, Bengal, India.¹
     From 30 July 1867, her married name became Newbery.¹

     Violet Jane Frances Newbery was born on 21 July 1868 at Lucknow, Bengal, India.¹ She was the daughter of Francis Munro Newbery and Jane Ann Turner.¹ She was baptised on 15 August 1868 at Lucknow, Bengal, India.¹

     Charles Kane Sivewright was born on 5 January 1809 at St. Pancras, London, England.¹ He was the son of John Sivewright and Frances Consitt.¹ He married Lucy Vivian on 14 May 1832 at Torquay, Devon, England.¹
     He lived at Seaforth House, Burntisland, Fife, Scotland.¹

     Florence Hurford was born circa 1880.¹ She was the daughter of William Hurford.¹ She married Walter Francis Stephen, son of Colonel Fitzroy Stephen and Frances Harriet Sivewright, on 25 November 1915 at Peermade, Madras, India.¹
     From 25 November 1915, her married name became Stephen.¹

     Lucy Sivewright was born on 6 June 1833 at Torre, Devon, England.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Kane Sivewright and Lucy Vivian.¹ She married General Sir James William Howard Fitzmayer, son of Major Charles Howard Fitzmayer and Catherine Morrisey, on 27 January 1863.¹ She died on 24 December 1911 at age 78 at Ross, Herefordshire, England.¹
     From 27 January 1863, her married name became Fitzmayer.¹

     General Sir James William Howard Fitzmayer was born in 1813 at Demerara, Guyana.¹ He was the son of Major Charles Howard Fitzmayer and Catherine Morrisey.¹ He married Jane Louisa Lane, daughter of Major Henry Bowyer Lane and Elizabeth Lacey, in October 1841 at Tiverton, Devon, England.¹ He married Lucy Sivewright, daughter of Charles Kane Sivewright and Lucy Vivian, on 27 January 1863.¹ He died on 28 May 1895.¹ He was buried at St. Mary’s Parish Churchyard, Ross, Herefordshire, England.¹
     He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1830 in the Royal Artillery.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in October 1831.¹ He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d’honneur on 16 July 1856.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹ He gained the rank of Major-General circa 1867.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1871.¹
