     Nigel Loftus Henry Fane was born on 25 July 1904.¹ He was the son of Sydney Algernon Fane and Selina Violet Fitzwygram.² He married, firstly, Catherine Henrietta Hussey, daughter of Henry Percy Hussey and Margaret Anne Peel, on 12 January 1935.¹ He and Catherine Henrietta Hussey were divorced in 1959.¹ He married, secondly, Dorothy Mai Farrington, daughter of John Farrington, on 11 May 1960.¹ He and Dorothy Mai Farrington were divorced in 1971.¹ He died on 4 June 1973 at age 68.¹
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Osborne, Isle of Wight, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Commander between 1939 and 1941 in the Royal Navy Reserve, in H.M.S. Fervent.¹ He gained the rank of Commander between 1941 and 1945 in the Royal Navy Reserve, on the staff of AOC-in-C, Coastal Command, Royal Air Force.¹ He was awarded the Reserve Decoration (R.D.)¹

     Robert Fleetwood Fuller was born on 6 November 1875.¹ He was the son of George Pargiter Fuller and Emily Georgina Jane Hicks-Beach.² He married Mabel Chappell, daughter of T. P. Chappell, in 1911.¹ He died on 9 September 1955 at age 79.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Wiltshire Imperial Yeomanry.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Wiltshire in 1926.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Wiltshire.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Wiltshire.¹ He lived at Great Chalfield, Melksham, Wiltshire, England^G.

     Captain Sir Henry Robert Peel Floyd, 4th Bt. was born on 1 November 1855.² He was the son of Captain Robert Peel Floyd and Jane Caroline Rennard.² He married Edith Anne Kincaid-Smith, daughter of Major John Kincaid-Smith, on 16 October 1895.² He died on 25 May 1915 at age 59.²
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.² He fought in the East African Campaign in 1890, where he was mentioned in despatches.² He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1900.² He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Floyd [U.K., 1816] on 12 May 1909.²

     Edith Anne Kincaid-Smith was the daughter of Major John Kincaid-Smith.² She married Captain Sir Henry Robert Peel Floyd, 4th Bt., son of Captain Robert Peel Floyd and Jane Caroline Rennard, on 16 October 1895.¹ She died on 2 February 1955.¹
     From 16 October 1895, her married name became Floyd.

     Major John Kincaid-Smith lived at Polmont House, Stirlingshire, Scotland^G.

     Mabel Chappell was the daughter of T. P. Chappell.² She married Robert Fleetwood Fuller, son of George Pargiter Fuller and Emily Georgina Jane Hicks-Beach, in 1911.¹ She died on 5 January 1968.²
     Her married name became Fuller. She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1918.¹

     George Pargiter Fuller was born on 8 January 1833.¹ He was the son of John Bird Fuller and Sophia Harriet Hanning.² He married Emily Georgina Jane Hicks-Beach, daughter of Sir Michael Hicks-Beach, 8th Bt. and Harriett Vittoria Stratton, on 28 January 1864.¹ He died on 2 April 1927 at age 94.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain between 1862 and 1888 in the Wiltshire Yeomanry.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Wiltshire in 1878.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Wiltshire, Westbury Division between 1885 and 1895.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Wiltshire.¹ He lived at Neston Park, Wiltshire, England^G.¹

     Emily Georgina Jane Hicks-Beach was born circa 1846 at Beverstone, Gloucestershire, England.² She was the daughter of Sir Michael Hicks-Beach, 8th Bt. and Harriett Vittoria Stratton.^3,2 She married George Pargiter Fuller, son of John Bird Fuller and Sophia Harriet Hanning, on 28 January 1864.¹ She died on 30 December 1930.¹
     Her married name became Fuller.
