William Joseph Stourton, 18th Baron Stourton1 
He was educated at St. Gregory’s College, Douai, France.2 He succeeded as the 18th Baron Stourton, of Stourton, co. Wilts [E., 1448] on 29 April 1816.2 On 1 May 1829 he took his seat in Parliament following the Catholic Emancipation.2

Hon. Sir Edward Marmaduke Joseph Vavasour, 1st Bt.1 
He was given the name of Edward Marmaduke Joseph Stourton at birth.2 He gained the rank of Captain between 1817 and 1824 in the Yorkshire Hussars.2 On 27 February 1826 his name was legally changed to Edward Marmaduke Joseph Vavasour by Royal Licence, after inheriting the 7th Baronet’s estates.2 He was created 1st Baronet Vavasour, of Hazelwood, co. Yorks [U.K.] on 14 February 1828.2
