     From 19 November 1919, her married name became Wakefield. After her marriage, Rowena Doris Lewis was styled as Baroness Wakefield of Kendal on 15 November 1963.

     From 18 March 1944, her married name became Raynsford.3 She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1981.4

Ruth Isabel Wakefield was born on 12 October 1932.1 She was the daughter of William Wavell Wakefield, 1st Baron Wakefield of Kendal and Rowena Doris Lewis.2 She married, firstly, Major Nigel James Clarkson Webb, son of William Thomas Clarkson Webb, on 1 June 1955.1 She married, secondly, Paul Anthony Adorian on 21 December 1992.1 She died on 30 November 2019 at age 87.3
     From 1 June 1955, her married name became Webb. From 21 December 1992, her married name became Adorian. She lived in 2003 at Buckstone House, Carnforth, Lancashire, England.1

     He gained the rank of Major in the Grenadier Guards.1
