     Maria Catherina Hortencia Poortmans married, firstly, Augustus Tapps Gervis, son of Sir George William Tapps Gervis, 2nd Bt. and Clara Fuller, in 1860.1 She married, secondly, Henry Robert Campbell Litchfield in 1865.1
     From 1860, her married name became Tapps Gervis. From 1865, her married name became Litchfield.1

     Augusta Maria Tapps Gervis was the daughter of Augustus Tapps Gervis and Maria Catherina Hortencia Poortmans.2 She married John Alexander Tynedale Powell, son of Alexander Pitts Elliott Powell, on 2 January 1884.1 She died on 2 December 1898.1
     From 2 January 1884, her married name became Powell.1
