William Talbot1 
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Louth [Ireland] in 1689.1 He lived He was self-styled Earl of Tyrconnel and later Comte/Conde de Tyrconnel, having assumed his uncle’s attainted Earldom and taken up residence in France and Spain.1 In 1691 he was attainted and stripped of honours, hence disabled from assuming either his cousin’s baronetcy or his uncle’s peerage titles.1 He lived at Haggardstown, County Louth, Ireland.1 He was he was active in the army of Philip V during War of the Spanish Succession and Aide-de-Camp to Duke of Orleans at the siege of Tortosa in 1708.1
