     Major Guy Vernon Goodliffe was the son of Walter Francis Goodliffe.² He married Grace Eleanor Shaw, daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Frederick William Shaw, 5th Bt. and Eleanor Hester de Vere, on 9 October 1912.¹ He died on 29 May 1966.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Fusiliers.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹

     Eily de Vere Shaw was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Frederick William Shaw, 5th Bt. and Eleanor Hester de Vere.² She died on 27 April 1949, unmarried.¹

     Helen Jill Stewart-Savile was born on 29 October 1928.¹ She is the daughter of Derek Noel Stewart-Savile and Mary Evelyn Muriel Mulliner.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Richard Patrick Pilkington Smyly, son of Major Richard Josiah Smyly, on 19 April 1950.¹
     From 19 April 1950, her married name became Smyly.¹

     Gladys Stewart-Savile was the daughter of Robert Stewart Stewart-Savile and Katharine Evelyn Lumsden.¹ She married Thomas Thornycroft, son of Sir John Isaac Thornycroft and Blanche Coules, on 29 April 1913.¹ She died on 2 October 1927.¹
     From 29 April 1913, her married name became Thornycroft.¹

     Sir Robert Shaw, 7th Bt. was born on 31 January 1925.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Robert de Vere Shaw, 6th Bt. and Dorothy Joan Cross.² He married Jocelyn Mary McGuffie, daughter of Andrew W. McGuffie, on 6 October 1954.¹ He died on 18 December 2002 at age 77.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.¹ He fought in the Second World War between 1943 and 1945.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.¹ He graduated from Oklahoma University, Oklahoma, U.S.A., with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering.¹ He graduated from Missouri University, Kansas City, Missouri, U.S.A., with a Master of Science (M.S.) in Civil Engineering.¹ He was design engineer for Shaw Consulting at Alberta, Canada.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Shaw, of Bushy Park, co. Dublin [U.K., 1821] on 26 March 1969.¹ He lived at 234 40th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.¹

     Andrew W. McGuffie lived at Mbabane, Swaziland.¹

     Jocelyn Mary McGuffie is the daughter of Andrew W. McGuffie.² She married Sir Robert Shaw, 7th Bt., son of Lt.-Col. Sir Robert de Vere Shaw, 6th Bt. and Dorothy Joan Cross, on 6 October 1954.¹
     From 6 October 1954, her married name became Shaw.

     Grania Shaw was born on 31 July 1955.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Robert Shaw, 7th Bt. and Jocelyn Mary McGuffie.²

     Reinet Shaw was born on 12 November 1960.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Robert Shaw, 7th Bt. and Jocelyn Mary McGuffie.²

     Thomas Thornycroft is the son of Sir John Isaac Thornycroft and Blanche Coules.^1,2 He married Gladys Stewart-Savile, daughter of Robert Stewart Stewart-Savile and Katharine Evelyn Lumsden, on 29 April 1913.¹
