     John Archibald Gully was born in 1875 at Farnham, Surrey, England.¹ He was the son of Major Samuel Martin Gully and Bessie Clara Impey-Lovibond.¹ He died on 6 October 1904, drowned off the coast of New Zealand.²

     Marian Eleanor Gully was born in 1878 at Gorleston, Suffolk, England.¹ She was the daughter of Major Samuel Martin Gully and Bessie Clara Impey-Lovibond.¹

     Susan Jones is the daughter of Isaac Jones.² She married Sir Dru Drury, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Dru Drury, 1st Bt. and Anne Walgrave.¹
     She lived at Courteen Hall, Northamptonshire, England.¹ Her married name became Drury.¹

     Jasper Abraham was born on 11 April 1886 at Atcham, Shropshire, England.¹ He was the son of Rt. Rev. Charles Thomas Abraham and Mary Theresa Furse.¹

     Rt. Rev. John Primatt Maud was born in 1860 at Tranmere, Cheshire, England. He was the son of Reverend John Primatt Maud and Fanny Elizabeth Dorothy Croudace.¹ He married Elizabeth Diana Furse, daughter of Venerable Charles Wellington Furse and Jane Diana Monsell, on 8 January 1891 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.¹ He died in 1932.²

     Jeanie Monsell Maud was born on 28 October 1891.¹ She was the daughter of Rt. Rev. John Primatt Maud and Elizabeth Diana Furse.¹ She married Rt. Rev. John Norman Bateman-Champain, son of Colonel Sir John Bateman-Champain, on 28 December 1912.²
     From 28 December 1912, her married name became Bateman-Champain.² She held the office of Bishop Suffragan of Knaresborough.²

     Dorothy Reynolds Maud was born on 3 February 1894 at Chapel Allerton, Yorkshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Rt. Rev. John Primatt Maud and Elizabeth Diana Furse.¹
     She took the religious name of Sister Dorothy Raphael.²

     Margaret Eileen Maud was born on 6 June 1899 at Chapel Allerton, Yorkshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Rt. Rev. John Primatt Maud and Elizabeth Diana Furse.¹ She married John Foster Crace, son of John Dibblee Crace, on 14 April 1925.²
     From 14 April 1925, her married name became Crace.²

     Mary Christine Wellington Maud was born on 17 December 1900 at Chapel Allerton, Yorkshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Rt. Rev. John Primatt Maud and Elizabeth Diana Furse.¹
