Reverend John Primatt Maud1 
He was educated at Westminster School, Westminster, London, England.2 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.2 He gained the rank of officer in the 5th Madras Native Infantry. He gained the rank of Captain in the Honourable East India Company Service.2 He fought in the Indian Mutiny in 1857.2 He graduated from Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1860 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)2 He was Vicar between 1862 and 1895 at Ancaster, Lincolnshire, England.2
