He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Jesus College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 1st Royal Dragoons.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for East Sussex in 1963.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Scott, of Beauclear, Bywell St. Andrews, co. Northumberland [U.K., 1907] on 8 June 1967.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of East Sussex in 1975.1
