     He gained the title of 3rd Baronet de Vere.

     Mary Lucy Stephenson was born on 14 June 1818 at Berkshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Rowland Standish and Lady Lucy Pery.¹ She was baptised on 6 July 1818 at Swallowfield, Berkshire, England.¹ She married Sir Vere Edmund de Vere, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Aubrey de Vere, 2nd Bt. and Mary Rice, on 9 January 1838.¹ She died in 1892 at Southampton, Hampshire, England.¹
     From 9 January 1838, her married name became de Vere.¹

     Rowland Standish was born on 23 January 1788 at London, England.² He was the son of Edward Stephenson and Mary Cecilia Strickland.² He married Lady Lucy Pery, daughter of Edmond Henry Pery, 1st Earl of Limerick and Mary Alice Ormsby, on 16 March 1816 at St. Mary, Marylebone, London, England.^1,2
     He was given the name of Rowland Stephenson at birth.² His name was legally changed to Rowland Standish.²

     Lady Lucy Pery was born circa 1788. She was the daughter of Edmond Henry Pery, 1st Earl of Limerick and Mary Alice Ormsby. She married Rowland Standish, son of Edward Stephenson and Mary Cecilia Strickland, on 16 March 1816 at St. Mary, Marylebone, London, England.^1,2
     From 16 March 1816, her married name became Stephenson.¹ Her married name became Standish.^1,2

     Jacob Holloway was born in 1670.¹ He married Mary Curtis.¹ He died in November 1711 at New London, Connecticut, U.S.A.¹
