     Nicholas Geoffrey Rootes, 3rd Baron Rootes was born on 12 July 1951.² He is the son of William Geoffrey Rootes, 2nd Baron Rootes and Marian Haytor.² He married Dorothy Anne Wood, daughter of Cyril Wood, on 29 March 1976.²
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.² He was a journalist, copywriter and author.² He wrote the book The Drinker’s Companion, published 1987.² He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Rootes, of Ramsbury, co.      Andrew Beauchamp St. John was born on 27 August 1945.² He is the son of Commander Michael Beauchamp St. John and Pamela Patience Guinness.² He married Hon. Sally Hayter Rootes, daughter of William Geoffrey Rootes, 2nd Baron Rootes and Marian Haytor, on 30 March 1968.¹
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.² He lived in 2003 at Cul-na-Cloich, Glenalmond, Perthshire, Scotland.²

     Sir Robert Douglas Ropner, 4th Bt. was born on 1 December 1921.¹ He was the son of Sir Emil Hugo Oscar Robert Ropner, 3rd Bt. and Lillian Rochfort Snow.² He married Patricia Kathleen Schofield, daughter of William Edward Schofield, on 24 November 1943.¹ He died on 12 January 2004 at age 82 at Swaffham Prior, Cambridgeshire, England.³
