     Ann Strang was born in 1812 at St. Andrews, New Brunswick, Canada.² She was the daughter of John Strang.³ She married Robert Rankin, son of James Rankin and Helen Ferguson, on 17 March 1829.¹ She died in 1875.¹
     From 17 March 1829, her married name became Rankin.¹

     Jennifer Frances Wilson was born on 23 June 1956.¹ She is the daughter of Commander Geoffrey Wilson.¹ She married Anthony Arbuthnot Watkins Grubb, son of Ralph Ernest Watkins Grubb and Caroline Elizabeth Mabel Arbuthnot, on 19 October 1985.¹ She and Anthony Arbuthnot Watkins Grubb were divorced in June 2009.¹
     From 19 October 1985, her married name became Grubb.¹

     Christopher Bushell was born in 1810 at Chatham, Kent, England. He married, secondly, Margaret Easton on 23 October 1838 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland. He died on 18 February 1887.
     He lived at Hinterton, Cheshire, England.¹

     Annie Laura Bushell was born circa 1843. She was the daughter of Christopher Bushell and Margaret Easton.² She married Sir James Rankin, 1st Bt., son of Robert Rankin and Ann Strang, on 12 January 1865.¹ She died on 22 June 1920.¹
     From 12 January 1865, her married name became Rankin.¹

     Commander Geoffrey Wilson married Jean Wallace.¹
     He lived at Aberdeenshire, Scotland.¹

     Judge Gwylim Williams was born on 2 May 1839.² He is the son of David Williams.² He married Emma Eleanor Williams, daughter of William Williams, on 7 December 1864.² He died on 25 March 1906 at age 66.²
     He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1863 entitled to practise as a barrister.² He held the office of Stipendiary Magistrate for Pontypridd between 1872 and 1884.² He held the office of County Court Judge for Mid-Wales between 1884 and 1885.² He held the office of County Court Judge for Glamorgan between 1885 and 1906.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)² He lived at Miskin Manor, Llantrisant, Glamorgan, Wales.²

     Enid Maud Williams was the daughter of Judge Gwylim Williams and Emma Eleanor Williams.² She married Brig.-Gen. Charles Herbert Rankin, son of Sir James Rankin, 1st Bt. and Annie Laura Bushell, on 25 April 1908.² She died on 13 August 1938.¹
     From 25 April 1908, her married name became Rankin.²

     William Rankin was born on 13 February 1909.¹ He was the son of Brig.-Gen. Charles Herbert Rankin and Enid Maud Williams.² He married Pauline Sinclair Haggie, daughter of Oswald Sinclair Haggie, on 23 May 1939.¹ He died on 16 March 1968 at age 59.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He fought in the Second World War, he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Brigadier in the 15th/19th Hussars.¹ He was Commander of the 7th Queen’s Own Hussars.¹ He was a Military Attaché at Warsaw, Poland.¹ He was Commander of the Gulf of Aden Brigade.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1952.¹ He was awarded the Order of Orange-Nassau of the Netherlands.¹ He was awarded the Haile Selassie Military Medal.¹
