     Frank Ramsden was born on 28 March 1797.¹ He was the son of Reverend John Ramsden and Frances Elizabeth Cooke.² He married Elizabeth Smith, daughter of Reverend Samuel Smith, on 27 August 1835.¹ He died on 25 November 1872 at age 75.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹

     Reverend Samuel Smith was the Dean at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹

     Elizabeth Smith was the daughter of Reverend Samuel Smith.² She married Frank Ramsden, son of Reverend John Ramsden and Frances Elizabeth Cooke, on 27 August 1835.¹ She died in 1891.¹
     From 27 August 1835, her married name became Ramsden.¹

     Jeanie Furse Abraham was born in 1891 at Lichfield, Staffordshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Rt. Rev. Charles Thomas Abraham and Mary Theresa Furse.¹

     Katharine Nona Abraham was born in 1901 at Bakewell, Derbyshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Rt. Rev. Charles Thomas Abraham and Mary Theresa Furse.¹ She married Alfred Swann in 1923 at Burton, Sussex, England.¹
     From 1923, her married name became Swann.¹

     Delia Reynolds Abraham was born in 1902 at Bakewell, Derbyshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Rt. Rev. Charles Thomas Abraham and Mary Theresa Furse.¹

     Charles Ramsden was born in 1843.¹ He was the son of Frank Ramsden and Elizabeth Smith.² He died in 1874.¹

     Thomas Ramsden was baptised on 22 July 1709.¹ He was the son of Sir William Ramsden, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Elizabeth Lowther.² He married Anne Medows, daughter of Sir Philip Medows, on 14 July 1743.¹ He died before 1791, without issue.¹

     Anne Medows was the daughter of Sir Philip Medows.² She married Thomas Ramsden, son of Sir William Ramsden, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Elizabeth Lowther, on 14 July 1743.¹ She died in 1761.¹
     From 14 July 1743, her married name became Ramsden.¹
