John William Ramsay-Fairfax was born on 14 November 1909.¹ He was the son of William George Astell Ramsay-Fairfax and Lilian Kate Rich.² He married, firstly, Audrey Richardson, daughter of Reverend Lewis Richardson, on 22 November 1947.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Dolores Ellen Carroll, daughter of Daniel Carroll and Elizabeth Helen Kathleen Alice Lacy, on 3 June 1964.¹ He died on 4 March 1981 at age 71.³
     He graduated from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1931 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Army Catering Corps.¹ His marriage to Audrey Richardson was annulled in 1956.¹ He was a secretary at the Alyseford Priory between 1957 and 1958.¹ He was House Manager of the Royal Commonwealth Society’s Headquarters between 1958 and 1961 at London, England.¹

     Victor George Hargrave Ramsay-Fairfax was born on 13 June 1912.¹ He was the son of William George Astell Ramsay-Fairfax and Lilian Kate Rich.² He married Christian Geraldine Mary Irby, daughter of Major Frederick Arthur Irby and Louisa Christian Fellowes, on 14 September 1939.¹ He died in May 2004 at age 91 at Sudbury, Essex, England.³
