     Audrey Frances Philipson Philipson-Stow was the daughter of Sir Frederic Samuel Philipson Philipson-Stow, 1st Bt. and Florence Henchman Hewitt.² She married Lt.-Col. Sir James Worsley-Taylor, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Henry Wilson Worsley-Taylor, 1st Bt. and Harriette Sayer Watkin, on 20 January 1914.¹ She died on 2 May 1966, having had issue.¹
     She was a Chartered Accountant (C.A.) at Lancashire, England.¹ From 20 January 1914, her married name became Worsley-Taylor.¹ She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lancashire.¹ She was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1956.¹

     Lt.-Col. Sir James Worsley-Taylor, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir Henry Wilson Worsley-Taylor, 1st Bt. and Harriette Sayer Watkin. He married Audrey Frances Philipson Philipson-Stow, daughter of Sir Frederic Samuel Philipson Philipson-Stow, 1st Bt. and Florence Henchman Hewitt, on 20 January 1914.¹ He died on 27 April 1933.¹
     He gained the title of 2nd Baronet Worsley-Taylor.¹
