Samuel Hallifax was born on 18 January 1733 at Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, England.¹ He was the son of Robert Hallifax and Hannah Jebb.¹ He married Catherine Cooke, daughter of William Cooke and Catherine Sleech.¹ He died on 4 March 1790 at age 57 at Westminster, London, England.¹ He was buried at Chancel of Warsop Church, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, England.¹

     Alexandra Penelope Rose Hallifax was born on 11 August 1995.¹ She is the daughter of Richard Granville de Courcy Hallifax and Bryony Jane Andrews.¹

     Eliza Susan Eccles Swinton was born on 28 July 1863 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.² She was the daughter of Captain Robert Hepburne Swinton and Eliza Hunter.³ She married Constantine de Courcy Hamilton, son of Gerald de Courcy Hamilton and Henrietta Anna Savile, on 7 September 1887 at Exeter, Devon, England.¹ She died on 25 March 1951 at age 87.⁴
     From 7 September 1887, her married name became Hamilton.¹

     Robert Hallifax was born circa 1696.¹ He was baptised on 5 March 1705 at Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, England.¹ He married Hannah Jebb, daughter of Samuel Jebb, on 31 January 1731 at Annesley, Nottinghamshire, England.¹ He died in 1759.¹
     He was an apothecary at Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, England.¹

     May Harriet Louisa White was born on 1 January 1873 at Lucknow, India.¹ She was the daughter of Colonel George Augustus White and Emily Harford Hallifax.¹ She died on 24 June 1882 at age 9 at Portsea Island, Hampshire, England.¹

     William Carmichael was born in 1910.¹ He married Tui Ellen Brabant, daughter of Ernest Vernon Brabant and Helene Emilie Matilde Wishnowsky.¹ He died in 1992.¹

     Evelyn de Courcy Hamilton was born on 8 October 1890 at Richmond, London, England.¹ She was the daughter of Constantine de Courcy Hamilton and Eliza Susan Eccles Swinton.¹ She married John Bruce McMorland, son of John McMorland, in 1911 at Guildford, Surrey, England.¹ She died on 14 January 1958 at age 67 at Surrey, England.¹
     From 1911, her married name became McMorland.¹

     Hans Dixon married Elisa (?)¹ He was buried at Woolston Cemtery, Christchurch, New Zealand.¹

     Violet Anna de Courcy Hamilton was born on 18 July 1894 at Richmond, London, England.¹ She was the daughter of Constantine de Courcy Hamilton and Eliza Susan Eccles Swinton.¹ She died on 6 August 1900 at age 6.¹

     Gerald de Courcy Hamilton was born in 1899 at Guildford, Surrey, England.¹ He was the son of Constantine de Courcy Hamilton and Eliza Susan Eccles Swinton.¹ He died on 10 February 1922 at Switzerland.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹
