     Reverend Frederick Alexander Stewart-Savile was born on 4 July 1820 at Exeter, Devon, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Albany Savile and Eleanora Elizabeth Wrey.2 He married Sophia Stewart Dykes, daughter of Thomas Dykes, in September 1852.1
     He was given the name of Frederick Alexander Savile at birth.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 In 1874 his name was legally changed to Frederick Alexander Stewart-SAvile under the will of his wife’s uncle, Robert Dykes.1 He was Rector at King’s Nympton, North Huish, Devon, England.1 He lived at Hollanden Park, Kent, England.1 He lived at Kilmorie, Devon, EnglandG.3

     Henrietta Anna Savile was born in 1831 at Devon, England.2 She was the daughter of Albany Savile and Eleanora Elizabeth Wrey.1 She married, firstly, Wallis O’Bryen Hastings Buchanan, son of Robert Carrick-Buchanan of Drumpellier and Mount Vernon and Sarah Maria Clotilda Hoare, in 1853.2 She married, secondly, Gerald de Courcy Hamilton, son of James John Hamilton and Hon. Anne Geraldine de Courcy, in 1859 at Clifton, Bristol, England.1,2 She died in 1893 at Kensington, London, England.2
     From 1853, her married name became Buchanan.2 From 1859, her married name became Hamilton.1

     He was Chief Constable of Devon between 1856 and 1891.2
