     From 18 October 1889, her married name became Frend.¹

     Joan Antonietta Beatrice Layard was born posthumously on 24 October 1873.¹ She was the daughter of John Anthony Layard and Hannah Pallant.¹

     Frederick Layard was born on 25 September 1823.¹ He was the son of Charles Edward Layard and Barbara Bridgetina Mooyaart.¹ He married Rosamund Elizabeth Lloyd, daughter of John William Lloyd, on 17 August 1854.¹ He died on 27 April 1872 at age 48 at Venice, Italy.¹
     He was with the Ceylon Civil Service.¹

     Rosamund Elizabeth Lloyd was the daughter of John William Lloyd.¹ She married Frederick Layard, son of Charles Edward Layard and Barbara Bridgetina Mooyaart, on 17 August 1854.¹ She died on 7 November 1888.¹
     From 17 August 1854, her married name became Layard.¹

     John William Lloyd lived at South Park, Kent, England.¹ He lived at Dau-yr-allt, Llangadock, Carmarthenshire, Wales.¹

     Caroline Sohpia Layard was born on 28 May 1855.¹ She was the daughter of Frederick Layard and Rosamund Elizabeth Lloyd.¹

     Rosamond Jane Layard was born on 28 June 1857.¹ She was the daughter of Frederick Layard and Rosamund Elizabeth Lloyd.¹

     Henrietta Charlotte Layard was born on 28 September 1805.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Edward Layard and Barbara Bridgetina Mooyaart.¹ She married Richard Malone Sneyd on 18 October 1827.^1,2 She died on 2 March 1833 at age 27.¹
     From 18 October 1827, her married name became Sneyd.¹
