Najeeb Elias Halaby 
Najeeb Elias Halaby was born on 19 December 1915 at Dallas, Texas, U.S.A.1 He married, firstly, Doris Carlquist on 24 December 1945 at Wasington, D.C., U.S.A.2 He and Doris Carlquist were divorced in 1977.2 He married, secondly, Jane Allison Coates in 1980.2 He married, thirdly, Libby Cater in 1997.2 He died on 2 July 2003 at age 87 at McLean, Virginia, U.S.A.2
He was administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration between 1961 and 1965.2 He was chairman and chief executive of the Wolf Trap Foundation in 1969.2 He was chairman of Pan American World Airways between 1969 and 1972.2
