     Darwin Galton was baptised on 27 April 1814 at St. Martin, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England.1 He was the son of Samuel Tertius Galton and Frances Anne Violetta Darwin.1 He married, firstly, Mary Elizabeth Phillips in 1840 at Stratford-on-Avon, Warwickshire, England.1 He married, secondly, Fanny Jane Arkwright, daughter of Peter Arkwright and Mary Ann Hurt, in 1873 at Bakewell, Derbyshire, England.1 He married, thirdly, Penelope Maria Cumberland, daughter of Richard Edward Cumberland and Penelope Mary Bankhead, in 1896 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.1 He died in 1903.1
