Hon. Eileen Cynthia Millicent Eva Brougham was born on 6 September 1912.1 She was the daughter of Hon. Henry Brougham and Hon. Diana Isabel Sturt.1 She married Colonel Francis Thomas Davies, son of Lt.-Gen. Sir Francis John Davies, on 17 August 1940.1 She died in 1984.
Her married name became Davies.
