     Guillaume IX ‘le Vieux’ d‘Auvergne, Comte d’Auvergne was born circa 1100.² He was the son of Guillaume VII d‘Auvergne and Emma de Hauteville.² He married Anne de Nevers, daughter of Guillaume II de Nevers, Comte de Nevers and Adelais (?).¹ He died in 1182.²

     Guy de Forez married Maud de Courtenay, Comtesse de Nevers, daughter of Pierre II Seigneur de Courtenay Emperor of Constantinople and Agnes de Nevers, in 1226.¹

     Adelaide Bourgogne, Comtesse d’Auxerre was born in 1254.¹ She was the daughter of Eudes de Bourgogne, Comte de Nevers and Mathilda de Bourbon.¹ She married Jean de Chalon, Lord of Chalon in 1268.¹ She died in 1290.¹

     Jean de Chalon, Lord of Chalon married Adelaide Bourgogne, Comtesse d’Auxerre, daughter of Eudes de Bourgogne, Comte de Nevers and Mathilda de Bourbon, in 1268.¹ He died in 1309.¹

     William Thomas Ingram was born circa 1879 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He was the son of James Thomas Ingram and Alice Matilda Jones.¹ He married Edith Nellie Norman in 1901 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹
     He lived in 1911 at Robinson Frome, Park Road, Stroud, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹

     Edith Nellie Norman was born in 1875 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ She married William Thomas Ingram, son of James Thomas Ingram and Alice Matilda Jones, in 1901 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹
     From 1901, her married name became Ingram.¹

     William James Norman Ingram was born circa 1903 at Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He is the son of William Thomas Ingram and Edith Nellie Norman.¹

     Ada Pitkin was born circa 1874 at Luton, Bedfordshire, England^G.¹ She married Edgar James L. Ingram, son of James Thomas Ingram and Alice Matilda Jones, in 1903 at Pancras, London, England^G.¹
     From 1903, her married name became Ingram.¹

     Mary Jenkins is the daughter of Robert Castle Jenkins.² She married Reverend Frederick Savile-Lumley, son of John Lumley-Savile, 8th Earl of Scarbrough and Agnes (?), on 29 May 1849 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England^G.¹ She died on 22 May 1922.³
     From 29 May 1849, her married name became Savile-Lumley.
