Kinross [U.K., 1874] on 27 April 1895.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Moncreiff, of Kilduff, co. Kinross [U.K., 1871] on 27 April 1895.1 He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Moncreiff [N.S., 1626] on 27 April 1895.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Kinross between 1901 and 1909.1
