     Sir Frederick Leighton Victor Mills, 2nd Bt. was born on 14 March 1893.² He was the son of Sir Frederick Mills, 1st Bt. and Edith Mary Topham.² He married Dorian Armitage, daughter of Louis Armitage, on 11 December 1923.² He died on 21 April 1955 at age 62.²
     Sir Frederick Leighton Victor Mills, 2nd Bt. usually went by his middle name of Victor.² He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.¹ He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, London, England.² He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Field Artillery.² He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) and bar.² He was awarded the Croix de Guerre Belgian.² He was with the Colonial Civil Service in 1922.² He was Assistant Director of Public Works between 1936 and 1939 at Nigeria.² He was director of Public Works between 1939 and 1945 at Freetown, Sierra Leone.² He was director of Public Works between 1945 and 1947 at Uganda.² He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Mills, of Ebbw Vawle, co. Monmouth [U.K., 1921] on 22 December 1953.¹

     Grace Mills was born on 26 December 1890.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Frederick Mills, 1st Bt. and Edith Mary Topham.² She married Engr.-Lt.-Cdr. Stanley John Reed on 22 May 1915.¹ She died on 2 January 1969 at age 78, without issue.¹
     From 22 May 1915, her married name became Reed.

     Engr.-Lt.-Cdr. Stanley John Reed married Grace Mills, daughter of Sir Frederick Mills, 1st Bt. and Edith Mary Topham, on 22 May 1915.¹ He died on 28 May 1915 at Sheerness, Kent, England, killed.¹
     He gained the rank of Engineer-Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.¹

     Hilda Mills was born on 22 June 1895.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Frederick Mills, 1st Bt. and Edith Mary Topham.² She died on 26 September 1903 at age 8.¹

     Mary Kathleen Dawkins was the daughter of Ernest Dawkins.¹ She married Sir Frederick Mills, 1st Bt., son of Leighton Mills and Jane Ann Dalziel, on 10 April 1918.¹ She died on 8 September 1973.¹
     Mary Kathleen Dawkins usually went by her middle name of Kathleen.¹ From 10 April 1918, her married name became Mills.¹

     Louis Armitage lived at Eastbourne, Sussex, England.¹
